  • Fresh frozen broccoli - 100 grams.
  • Fresh frozen cauliflower - 100 grams.

Method for steaming halibut in a Redmond multicooker

1) Wash the fish thoroughly, then rub it with spices and salt.

2) Cut the carrots into slices approximately 0.3 centimeters thick.

3) Pour water into the multicooker bowl, place a steamer container on top, and put all the ingredients we have into it. Then add salt and spices to taste.

4) Close the lid of the kitchen appliance, select the “Steam” program in the menu, and use the timer buttons to set the time to 20 minutes.

Preparation

  • Wash, clean and cut the fish into steaks. If you use fillet, cut into portions.
  • Sprinkle the cooked pieces with salt and spices, grate each of them a little and let stand for a few minutes.
  • Fill the bowl with water to a third of the capacity. Then install the steaming grid.
  • Place halibut pieces on a mesh, sprinkle with lemon juice and place thinly sliced ​​citrus half rings on top.
  • Set the “Steam” program for 20 minutes and close the lid.

After the beep, you can take out the steaks or fillets and serve the dish on a plate. Sprinkle with finely chopped dill and place a slice of lemon next to it.

Ingredients

  • Halibut (steaks) – 500 gr.
  • Potatoes – 4 large tubers
  • Carrots – 1 large
  • White onion – 2 pcs. large
  • Tomato – 2 pcs. large
  • Bell pepper – 2 pcs. (red or yellow)
  • Garlic – 5 cloves
  • Tomato paste – 50-70 gr.
  • Salt, sugar, spices - to taste
  • Refined vegetable oil - for frying vegetables
  • Greens (onion, dill, cilantro, parsley) - to taste, to decorate the finished dish.

The recipe is designed for 5 full servings.

Preparation

  • Peel the onion and cut into large rings or half rings.
  • Peel the carrots and grate them on a coarse grater. You can use a grater for Korean carrots, then cut the onion into thinner half rings - this will make the appearance of the dish more presentable.
  • Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and set the “Fry” mode. Throw in the onion and fry until golden brown.
  • Add the carrots to the onion, mix and fry for another 5-7 minutes.
  • While the vegetables are roasting, you need to prepare the tomatoes and peppers - remove the skins.

To do this, we make crosswise cuts in the upper part to cut through the skin. Then put it in boiling water for 15 seconds and immediately put it in ice water for a few seconds. After such “shock therapy”, peeling vegetables will be easy.

  • Cut the tomato into small cubes and the pepper into strips. Throw it into the slow cooker and continue frying.
  1. Add tomato paste, about 100 ml of water, salt, sugar and spices. Stir and continue heat treatment for another 5 minutes. Turn off the kitchen unit.
  2. We grate the garlic on a fine grater or crush the garlic in a garlic press and throw it into the slow cooker and mix.
  3. Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices.
  4. Using a spoon, level the surface of the fried vegetables and place the potatoes on top. Lightly salt.
  5. Place halibut steaks on top, previously rubbed with salt and pepper.
  6. Set the “Quenching” mode for 30 minutes.

  • Dried dill - half a tsp;

How to cook:

1 Our fish fillet must be washed in cool water and cut into small pieces;

2 Fish pieces should be sprinkled with lemon juice. Salt well, then pepper to your taste. Leave the fish to marinate for fifteen minutes;

  6. Sweet pepper - 1 pc.
  7. Cabbage - 200 gr.
  8. Mayonnaise, salt, fish seasoning to taste

How to steam halibut with vegetables in a slow cooker:

Take the fish and rinse it thoroughly under cold water. Cut into pieces, add salt and your favorite spices especially for fish.

Peel the carrots and grate them on a coarse grater. Cut out the core of the pepper and cut it into strips. We cut the pre-cooked mushrooms as we want.

The cabbage needs to be chopped. Wash the zucchini, peel and cut into medium-sized cubes. Cut the onion into half rings.

Place all the vegetables in a separate bowl and add salt. Now we will knead them with our hands. Add a couple of tablespoons of mayonnaise and continue mashing the vegetables.
