The simplest snack option, as they say, couldn’t be simpler. Contains only pineapples and garlic for flavor. Cheese is an unchanging product; there’s no getting away from it. The list of ingredients includes both wheat and rye bread. You can use one or the other according to your taste. It is also advisable to take pineapples in rings here, because they are easier to cut into strips. The quantity of products is indicated for 6-8 sandwiches.

Ingredients:

  • Wheat toast bread - 3-4 pieces.
  • Rye bread with malt (brick) – 3-4 pieces.
  • Garlic – 4 cloves.
  • Butter – 50 g.
  • Dried parsley - optional.
  • Canned pineapples – 200 g.
  • Cheese - 250 g.
  • Salt.

Cooking method:

  1. Heat a small amount of butter in a frying pan. Cut the bread into triangles and fry until toasted. Set them aside on a paper towel to drain off excess oil. The croutons should be well cooked and dry. Rub each crouton generously with crushed garlic, add salt if desired and sprinkle with dried parsley.
  2. Cut the canned pineapples as finely as possible, preferably into thin strips. Grate the cheese. Sprinkle the grated pieces of bread with a small layer of cheese.
  3. Then spread the pineapple straws over the top and again make a small layer of cheese. Cover all this with a second piece of bread. Bake the sandwiches in a preheated oven or microwave according to the appropriate program. For the oven, the baking temperature is 220 degrees, and the cooking time is 5-10 minutes.

Sandwiches with ham and tomatoes

Ingredients:

  • gray or white loaf;
  • large fleshy tomato;
  • green onion feathers;
  • bell pepper;
  • 60 g ham;
  • 60 g cheese;
  • butter.

Preparation:

  1. If the loaf is not sliced, cut it into thin slices.
  2. Fry each piece in hot oil on both sides until lightly browned.
  3. Grease the still hot toast with butter.
  4. Place a slice of ham and two tomato slices as the first layer.
  5. Sprinkle the tomatoes with grated cheese and finely chopped bell pepper.
  6. Place the prepared structures in the microwave for a minute or in a preheated oven for five minutes.
  7. Sprinkle the finished hot beturbrods with chopped green onions.

Breakfast sandwiches in the microwave

I'll show you how to make a breakfast sandwich with bacon or ham, cheese, egg pancake. The good thing about this recipe is that you can immediately make a large portion and put it in the freezer, and then use it as needed. Such secrets will greatly help busy housewives. Of course, you can experiment with the filling. Sandwiches are filling and appetizing. So don't skip the recipe!

Ingredients:

  • Buns - 4 pieces
  • Ham or bacon - 4 slices
  • Cheese - 4 Slices
  • Egg - 3 pieces
  • Water - 3 tbsp. spoons
  • Butter - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt and pepper - To taste

Cooking method:

  1. Beat the eggs into a small bowl, add salt, spices and water.
  2. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Pour a small amount of egg mixture into the pan and fry the thin pancake over medium heat until done.
  4. Cut the bun in half.
  5. Place a slice of cheese and top with an egg pancake.

Ingredients:

  • loaf or white bread - 3 slices;
  • butter - 15 g;
  • hard cheese - 100 g;
  • tomato (fresh or pickled) - 1 pc.;
  • half-smoked sausage or ham - 100 g;
  • greenery.

Cooking method:

  1. Cut the bread or loaf into slices.
  2. Brush each slice of bread with a thin layer of butter.
  3. Place 2-3 thin slices of sausage on bread and butter.
  4. Next - 1-2 slices of tomatoes, cut with a sharp knife (pickled tomatoes should be firm). And cover everything with thin slices of hard cheese on top.
  5. Place sandwiches on a microwave-safe plate.
  6. Microwave sausage and cheese sandwiches at 700 W for 2 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with herbs. Simple and very tasty!

Microwave sandwich with mushrooms

A quick sandwich can be prepared in literally 2-3 minutes. You can take any bread - rye, wheat, with bran. A couple of slices of cheese and sausage - and now breakfast is on the table. If you want to pamper your family, make a hot cheese sandwich in the microwave with mushroom notes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 loaf;
  • 0.4 kg of fresh champignons;
  • 1-2 pcs. garlic cloves;
  • 1 tbsp. l. mayonnaise;
  • 0.2 kg of hard cheese;
  • onion head;
  • a little refined sunflower oil.

Cooking method:

  1. We thoroughly wash fresh champignons and clean them with a brush.
  2. Cut off the caps from the stems and chop them into small cubes.
  3. Peel the onion and finely chop it with a knife.
  4. Heat the refined sunflower oil in a frying pan.
  5. Add the champignons with onions, mix and fry until done.
  6. Place the finished champignons in a deep bowl.
  7. Cut the bread into slices.
  8. Pass the garlic cloves through a press and add to the mushroom filling.
  9. Grate hard cheese on a medium-sized grater and add to the filling.
  10. Season the filling with mayonnaise.
  11. Mix everything thoroughly until a mass of homogeneous consistency is formed.
  12. Spread the filling onto the bread slices.
  13. Place the sandwiches in the microwave oven for 2-3 minutes.

Hot sausage sandwiches in the microwave

Now it's time to cook hot sausage sandwiches in the microwave. You can choose any sausage products depending on your personal taste preferences. Most often, housewives prefer boiled sausage. To vary the taste, you can use raw smoked sausage, ham, balyk or boiled chicken fillet.

Ingredients:

  • 2 pcs. bread slices;
  • 2 tbsp. l. ketchup;
  • 4 things. cheese slices;
  • 2 pcs. pickled cucumbers;
  • 8 pcs. sausage slices.

Cooking method:

  1. Cut the bread into slices.
  2. Lubricate each piece generously with ketchup or other sauce of your choice.
  3. Cut the sausage into thin slices and place on bread.
  4. Wipe the pickled cucumbers thoroughly with a paper towel, removing excess moisture.
  5. Shred the cucumbers into thin slices and place them on top of the sausage.
  6. The last layer of our sandwich will be cheese slices.
  7. Place the sandwiches in the microwave oven for 2-3 minutes and cook at maximum power.
  8. Cool slightly and serve.

Simple microwave sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 3 pcs. bread slices;
  • 100 g hard cheese;
  • 6 tsp. mayonnaise;
  • 150 g ham;
  • 1-2 pcs. tomatoes.

Cooking method:

  1. Chop the bread into thin slices and place on a plate.
  2. Grease each slice with mayonnaise.
  3. Shred the ham into thin slices and place on bread.
  4. Spread mayonnaise on top of the ham to make the sandwiches juicy.
  5. Rinse fresh tomatoes thoroughly with running water.
  6. Remove excess moisture with a towel or napkin.
  7. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices, do not forget to remove the stem.
  8. Cut hard cheese into thin slices.
  9. Place the tomatoes on the sandwiches first, and then the cheese slices.
  10. Place the sandwiches in the microwave oven for 2-3 minutes.
  11. Ready-made hot sandwiches can be decorated with finely chopped herbs.

Microwave sandwiches made from rye bread

Delicious hot sandwiches in the microwave are made with sprats or lightly salted fish fillets. For flavor, add some chopped herbs or garnish the dish with lettuce leaves.

Ingredients:

  • loaf;
  • 100 ml mayonnaise;
  • pickled cucumber – 2 pcs.;
  • sprats canned in oil – 1 b.;
  • hard cheese – 0.1 kg.

Cooking method:

  1. First, let's prepare the loaf.
  2. Cut the baguette into pieces approximately 20 mm thick each.
  3. Divide hard cheese into two equal parts.
  4. We chop one into thin slices, and chop the second on a fine or medium grater.
  5. Dry the pickled cucumbers and cut into slices.
  6. We take the sprats out of the oil and place them on a plate lined with a paper napkin.
  7. This will remove excess oil.
  8. Season the grated cheese mass with mayonnaise.
  9. Mix thoroughly until a mass of homogeneous consistency is formed.
  10. Grease each bread slice with cheese and mayonnaise.
  11. Place cucumber slices and sprats on top.
  12. All that remains is to cover the sandwich with a slice of cheese.
  13. Place the sandwiches in the microwave and serve immediately.

Covered sandwiches in the microwave

In my family, closed sandwiches with cheese and sausage are usually prepared by my husband when his friends arrive, since this snack goes perfectly with beer. They can be made when unexpected guests arrive or as a quick snack. If you are preparing 1-2 servings, you can bake them in the microwave so as not to fire up the oven for two slices of bread.

Ingredients:

  • Toasted bread - 5-6 slices
  • Smoked sausage - 300 grams
  • Cheese - 200 Grams
  • Butter - 100 grams

Cooking method:

  1. You can use any sausage you like for these sandwiches. I mostly take cervelat or salami. Read more:
  2. Grind the sausage in a meat grinder or using a blender.
  3. Remove the butter from the refrigerator in advance and let it stand at room temperature until it melts a little.
  4. Grate the cheese onto a fine grater.
  5. Mix our minced sausage with cheese and butter until smooth.
  6. Take the bread and cut it in half diagonally. You will get these triangular pieces.
  7. Coat each piece with sausage filling and cover with the second piece.
  8. Place all the sandwiches on a greased baking sheet, then place them in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
  9. When they are covered with such a beautiful crust, the sandwiches are ready! Serve them hot.

A microwave is an important assistant in your kitchen. And a good housewife knows that with her help she can quickly prepare many delicious dishes.

And today we will prepare festive hot sandwiches, which, if desired, can be prepared even every day.

Hot sandwiches on a sesame bun with fish cutlets

If you don’t like the word fishburger, but this is exactly what it turns out, only homemade and very tasty and healthy, then we’ll call the holiday dish a quick hot sandwich.

  • sesame bun,
  • fish cutlets (I used cod),

Clue! In fact, you can take any cutlets - you can fish, you can meat. And one more thing - it’s better to prepare the cutlets yourself at home in advance. Agree that they are much more useful! But if you use store-bought ones, the sandwiches will turn out delicious too.

  • tomato paste or ketchup,
  • small tomato,
  • onion (preferably white or leek - they are not bitter),
  • lettuce leaves,
  • cheese for sandwiches (or any other),
  • greens for decoration (dill, parsley).

I did this:

  1. I cut the bun in half and spread one half with tomato paste.
  2. I placed the pre-fried cutlet on top.
  3. Then a slice of tomato.
  4. Then onion rings.
  5. A leaf of lettuce goes with them.
  6. And cheese for sandwiches.
  7. Decorated with a sprig of dill on top.

I put all this deliciousness in the microwave, literally, for a minute or two, so that the cheese melted a little.

My guests were happy!

Hot baguette with sausages and wild mushrooms from the microwave

Preface: One evening I made a whole pan of mushrooms...

I’ll immediately make a reservation that these can be either fresh or frozen mushrooms.

I dealt with them as follows:

  1. I cut the mushrooms into small pieces.
  2. I placed them in a heated frying pan with sunflower oil and fried until the liquid had completely evaporated.
  3. Added a piece of butter for taste and finely chopped onion.
  4. I stirred a spoonful of flour into a glass with half milk and half cream.
  5. Pour the mixture over the mushrooms.
  6. Add salt to taste and simmer for a few minutes until fully cooked.

When the mushrooms had cooled, I cut the baguette lengthwise (you can make pieces from the bun).

You haven’t asked me yet, what does the declared sausages have to do with it?
I answer: mushrooms, in general, are a self-sufficient product for filling sandwiches. But! I really love combinations of meat (well, as far as meat in sausages...) and mushrooms, so you can follow my recipe, or you can cut it down.

  • Baguette (you can take out the pulp) + a layer of mushrooms + chopped sausages that are on hand (optionally - sausages or sausages) + mushrooms again + sprinkled with grated cheese (if you don’t have hard cheese, you can replace it with processed cheese).
  • I put it in the microwave for a couple of minutes at 800 power and garnished with herbs.

I admit that while waiting for the guests, I couldn’t resist and happily ate one sandwich...

Festive julienne in a baguette with chicken and cheese

Dish in 10 minutes!

If guests are almost on the doorstep, and you are bored with boiled chicken in the refrigerator and have a baguette, then you can quickly prepare a completely festive dish under the charming name “julienne”.

Carefully inspect the kitchen and decide whether you have:

  • a little flour
  • 3 tablespoons cream or full-fat milk,

My advice! I always have portioned coffee creamer on hand – so that’s what I used.

  • cheese (any),
  • a few champignons (but this is optional).

If you've got everything ready, let's get started:

  1. Place finely chopped onion and champignons in a preheated frying pan.
  2. Add chicken pieces and salt.
  3. Add 1 teaspoon of flour and pour 3 tablespoons of cream (or milk) over it.
  4. Remove the flesh from the baguette and fill the space with a mixture of chicken + champignons + flour and cream.
  5. Sprinkle the sandwich with cheese and microwave for one minute at 800 power.

Clue! Keep in the microwave for 1 - 1.5 minutes, no more - otherwise the baguette will dry out.

Hot toast with sausage, vegetables and cheese in the microwave

Let's take:

  • bread for toast (I prefer wheat),
  • vegetables: zucchini, tomato, onion,
  • a little butter for frying (or sunflower, depending on your preference),
  • sausage (I took “Russian”)
  • egg,
  • grated cheese,
  • seasonings - in addition to salt, I had the “Caucasian collection” (a mixture of peppers with garlic and pomegranate).

In addition to the microwave, I needed a frying pan - in it I first fried small pieces of zucchini, tomatoes and onions in oil.

Clue! If you have a ready-made homemade or store-bought lecho, you can use that too.

  1. I salted the lightly fried vegetables, peppered them and seasoned them with “Caucasian collection”.
  2. Finely chopped the sausage.
  3. Stir the egg and grated cheese in a cup.
  4. She cut the bread beautifully into triangles.
  5. I put vegetables on them.
  6. Top with cheese and egg.
  7. And I put everything in the microwave for 1-2 minutes at 800 power.

Believe me, you too will succeed not only quickly, but tasty and healthy!

Unusual hot baguettes with cheese and sausages - or when you are too lazy to cook.

The option is universal, but very beautiful.

Let me finally tell you what to do when guests are coming and you are either very tired or just too lazy to cook:

  1. There is always a white loaf of bread (although a black one will do) in the house.
  2. Here, cut it into pieces, NOT CUT A LITTLE on one edge.
    In the photo you can see what “without cutting” means, it turns out to be such a funny thing...)))
  3. Coat the resulting “cut” with ketchup.
  4. Place cheese and sausage on top (can be replaced with sausages, sausages or even ham).
  5. Spread mustard on top (this is not for everyone).
  6. And again cheese!

Little secret! I am a lover of crispy gherkins, so I added them under a layer of cheese.

Now microwave for a couple of minutes and you're done!

Super-fast holiday hot sandwiches with sausage and cheese in the microwave

You will need:

  • any sandwich buns,
  • sausage (choose to your taste),
  • cheese (I happened to have “Dutch” on hand),
  • tomato,
  • olives,
  • ketchup,
  • mayonnaise,
  • greens for decoration.

The preparation procedure is incredibly simple: put the above products into sandwich buns and put them in the microwave for 1-2 minutes at power 800.

Attention! Be careful not to dry out the sandwiches! Watch the preparation and, as soon as you see that the cheese has melted, feel free to remove it and decorate the dish with herbs.

Closed hot sandwiches for lazy people

If you want to whip up hot sandwiches for guests, then this recipe is just right!

We take food according to the principle “whatever is in the refrigerator.”

While waiting for guests, I found:

  • sandwich buns (you can have a baguette),
  • sausage (it turned out to be Amateur),
  • cucumbers,
  • tomatoes,
  • a little bit of cheese,
  • ketchup,
  • mayonnaise,
  • olives,
  • greens (dill, parsley).

The sandwich was prepared like this:

  1. I cut the sandwich buns in half.
  2. I spread ketchup on one half of the bun and put in the sausage.
  3. Top with slices of tomato and thin slices of cucumber.
  4. I cut the olives and also made them into a sandwich.
  5. Everything was covered with a thin piece of cheese and a leaf of parsley.
  6. I spread the other half of the bun with mayonnaise and closed the sandwich.
  7. 2 minutes in the microwave at 800 power and you’re ready to eat!

I’ll tell you one delicious secret - all holiday sandwiches can be made on absolutely any bread or roll!

But if you want to surprise your guests, prepare a hot sandwich in pita bread - it is especially suitable for cooking in the microwave.
