The first time you look at this potato “dessert,” your mouth starts watering. It looks simply stunning and is very easy to prepare. A couple of ingredients and you're good to go!

You will need:
1.3 kg potatoes
90 g butter
3 g garlic
1 teaspoon thyme
25 g grated cheese
salt and pepper

Grease the molds with butter.

Peel the potatoes and use a special cutter to cut them thinly. You can, of course, try with a knife, but it will take much longer. It is advisable that the pieces are no thicker than 2 mm.

Add grated cheese to potatoes along with salt, pepper, garlic, thyme or other seasonings. Melt the butter and pour it over the potatoes.

Mix everything. Do you feel what it smells like?

Place the potatoes in the muffin tins and top again with a little pepper and thyme.

Bake in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for about 55 minutes.

Once cooked, cool the potato towers slightly before removing them from the pans. When serving, the dish can be sprinkled with herbs and other seasonings.

These flourless potato muffins are ideal for a buffet table or as a holiday snack. Potato muffins in silicone molds with cheese filling, the recipe with photos of which you can see below, turn out soft, golden brown, and inside each portion there is a liquid cheese filling. The perfect combination! These ones turn out no less tasty.
Of course, preparing this dish will take time, but the result will definitely please you. In addition, ready-made muffins can be frozen and stored as semi-finished products.

Ingredients:

- 900 gr. mealy potatoes,
- 1 egg,
- 4 tbsp. olive oil,
- 40 gr. parmesan,
- 70 gr. scamorza cheese (or other pickled, easily melting cheese),
- salt to taste,
- a pinch of nutmeg,
- black pepper to taste.

Recipe with photos step by step:

Mealy potato varieties are suitable for this recipe; they contain a lot of starch and little liquid. We cook the potatoes in their skins, that is, with the skins on, so that the tubers do not absorb a lot of water. Then the cooled potatoes need to be peeled.

Chop the boiled potatoes as desired and add grated Parmesan cheese.

Break one egg. I made a double portion. Reserve some of the yolk for later to brush the surface of the cupcakes.
Mash the potatoes with Parmesan and egg using a masher or blender. You should get a smooth and thick mashed potato.

Pour olive oil into the mashed potatoes, add salt and spices. Mix. The mass should not be sticky, but rather thick.

Grease silicone muffin tins with olive oil and fill halfway with potato mixture. Cut the cheese into large cubes and place in the center.

Cover the cheese with a second layer of potato mixture. To give the surface of the cupcakes a nice golden hue, you can brush the surface of the cupcakes with egg yolk.

Send the potato muffins to bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. They cook quickly and rise slightly.

Carefully remove the finished browned muffins from the molds.

Be sure to serve hot, only in this case the cheese filling will be soft and sticky.

A potato basket can withstand anything))) It is better to take medium-sized potatoes. We will prepare the baskets in a silicone muffin mold, it is very convenient, nothing burns and it is convenient to remove the finished dish. Let's get started!

We peel the potatoes, we need two things. One for the petals, the other for the filling. First we make the petals, for this we cut the potatoes using this grater, if you don’t have such a grater, then try to cut it with a sharp knife as thin as possible, about one or two millimeters, do not rinse with water, the starch will hold the petals together

Grease the muffin tin with vegetable oil using a brush.

We form a flower basket. Place one slice of potato in the middle

Now we lay out the petals, four petals per form, in a circle, as shown in the photo

Lubricate the petals with vegetable oil so that they turn golden when baked.

Let's leave the petals for now and start filling. Cut the potatoes into cubes as small as possible

Take six mushrooms and wash them

Cut into small cubes

Sweet pepper, I have frozen, I also chop it into cubes

Place potatoes, mushrooms, peppers in a frying pan and fry

While the filling is fried, prepare the filling, take one egg

Grate the cheese on a fine grater

Lightly beat the egg with a fork, mix the egg and cheese, add salt

Place the egg mixture in the baskets, a teaspoon for each flower.

Check the readiness of the vegetables, if they are ready, add salt, I used delicious salt with herbs

Salt, fry for a minute and remove from heat

Place the filling in the baskets, about a tablespoon for each

Place in the oven preheated at two hundred degrees for about ten minutes, as soon as the petals are browned the dish is ready! remove from the oven -1 onion;
-2 tbsp. spoons of boiled rice;
-2 eggs (1 for potatoes; 1 for minced meat);
-100 g grated cheese;
salt, spices; parsley.

Boil the potatoes and prepare mashed potatoes with the addition of butter, beaten egg, 50 g of cheese and flour.
Finely chop the onion, fry until transparent and cool.
Mix the minced meat with onion, rice, herbs, spices and egg.
Grease the molds for the baskets (I have silicone ones) with vegetable oil. Wet your hands in cold water and carefully spread the mashed potatoes, forming sides.
Place a tablespoon of minced meat into potato baskets and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake at 190 C for 35-40 minutes.
