  2. Dry the washed chicken with a towel, rub with salt and pepper.
  3. Using a syringe, inject half a bottle of wine into the carcass; to do this, make several injections into the breast, legs and thighs.
  4. Grind the remaining wine with the garlic into a paste. Coat the chicken with the paste and place it in the refrigerator for 3-5 hours. Before the festive dinner, the chicken is marinated for at least 6-8 hours.

Ingredients:
