Recipe Description

If you are tired of the usual ones, and there is still a portion of fillet in the refrigerator (and awaiting its fate), I bring to your attention an original recipe - French cutlets.

They are prepared not from minced meat, but from finely chopped chicken fillet and fried in batter. It turns out tasty and unusual. My husband said that these cutlets are better than any sausage :).

And they can be prepared quickly and easily.

Let's get started!

To cook French cutlets in a slow cooker you need:

  • Chicken breast (fillet) – 500 grams;
  • Egg – 2-3 pieces;
  • Flour – 1 tbsp. spoon;
  • Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp. spoon;
  • Salt, pepper - to taste;
  • Greens and hard cheese - optional.

Cooking step by step:

Cut the chicken fillet into smaller cubes.
Salt, pepper and mix.
Set the meat aside and start making the batter.

Mix eggs, mayonnaise, flour, salt and pepper.
Don't forget that you have already salted the meat :).

Don’t be alarmed, the cutlets won’t fall apart during frying.
If you add too much flour, the batter will be rubbery.

Now, mix the chopped fillet with the batter.
You can add finely chopped herbs and even cubes of hard cheese.

Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker and set the “Baking” program for 40 minutes.
Place the cutlets by the tablespoon into the multicooker bowl and cover with the lid.
Fry for approximately 15 minutes on each side.

Making steamed cutlets in a slow cooker is as easy as shelling pears. Just pour water into the cup and press a couple of buttons. But first prepare the minced meat. You can grind the meat through a meat grinder or buy ready-made minced meat in the store, and use it to make minced meat for steamed cutlets.

You will need:

Bon appetit!

Cutlets in the Redmond multicooker turn out delicious from any type of meat. Today we would like to present to your attention a step-by-step recipe on how to make fried products from lean pork. It is worth noting that such cutlets are no less tasty and juicy than a dish made from beef, chicken or lamb.

How to cook cutlets in a Redmond multicooker

Required Products:

  • wheat bread crumb - 2-3 medium slices;
  • not too fatty pork - 700 g;
  • white onion heads - 2 pcs.;
  • standard chicken egg - 2 pcs.;
  • table salt, allspice - at personal discretion;
  • odorless sunflower oil - for frying;
  • ground breadcrumbs - 2/3 cup;
  • tomato mixture - 2 large spoons of tomato paste per glass of water.

Cutlets in the Redmond multicooker are best made from lean pork. To do this, it is recommended to take the fleshy part of the thigh. It should be washed, all films and other inedible elements should be cut off, and the pit, if any, should be removed. As a result of this procedure, you should get clean meat cut into small pieces.

Preparation of the base for products

Cutlets in the Redmond multicooker are prepared according to the same principle as on a gas stove. To do this, the prepared meat product should be ground in a blender along with onions, and then add to them fresh chicken eggs, allspice, wheat bread crumbs soaked in a small amount of milk, and after mixing all the components, you will have a viscous and fairly thick base.

Modeling of products

Before cooking in a slow cooker, they should be beautifully decorated. To do this, you need to wet your hands with sunflower oil, take a couple of spoons of minced meat, and then mold them into a beautiful and even ball. Next, all the formed cutlets must be rolled well in ground breadcrumbs. If you don’t have such a bulk product in your house, you can easily use wheat flour instead.

Heat treatment of meat products

Fried cutlets in the Redmond multicooker cook quite quickly. To do this, you need to pour a little oil into the device’s container, and then lay out several ready-made semi-finished products. After turning on the baking program, the cutlets should be well fried for a quarter of an hour on each side. After all the products are covered with a crust and take a stable shape, they must be put back into the multicooker, poured with the tomato mixture, set to stew and cook for 20 minutes.

How to properly serve cutlets to the table

Fried meat products should be served hot for dinner along with some kind of side dish. It is also recommended to serve this aromatic, crispy dish with ketchup, sour cream, wheat bread and other products that will make the meal even more satisfying and enjoyable.

It is worth noting that such a dish can be made not only from meat ingredients. After all, in the Redmond multicooker they turn out no less tasty and tender. But in this case, they should be stewed not in tomato broth, but in creamy broth.

Then I decided to fully test my Redmond RMC-M70 multicooker. First, of course, I boiled half a lemon in it in the “steamed fish” mode and cooked a compote. The next day, multya helped me prepare good cutlets with gravy. I’m in a hurry to write down the recipe right away so as not to forget.

Ingredients for cooking cutlets in a slow cooker

- minced pork with onions 600 gr.;
- minced beef 100 gr. (you can do without it);
— bread 80 gr.;
- 2 chicken eggs;
- one tablespoon of flour;
- two tablespoons of tomato sauce;
- water 300 ml;
- garlic 1-2 heads;
- salt, spices, breadcrumbs;
— sunflower oil for frying (refined).

Recipe Description

Preparation of minced meat

Make minced meat or defrost it. Fill the bread (you can take half a loaf and half black) with water and leave to soak for 5-7 minutes. Then squeeze it thoroughly and crush it with a masher or pass it through a meat grinder. Mix the minced meat with bread and eggs, add salt, add spices, mix well.

Frying cutlets

In the Redmond RMC-M70 multicooker, select the “frying meat” mode and the cooking time is 45-50 minutes (preferably 50). During this time, you should have time to fry three batches of cutlets from the amount of products that I indicated above.

Pour a little sunflower oil into the bowl and wait until the multicooker warms up (the countdown begins). During this time, we form small balls from the minced meat and roll them in breadcrumbs. Place the balls into the heated bowl and press them down a little. We do not close the lid. Fry on both sides. This will take about 15 minutes, so you can safely wash the dishes or do something else. We fry three batches like this.

We do not put the last batch out of the bowl, but, on the contrary, add the rest of the cutlets. Press “cancel” to stop the “frying meat” mode if there is still time left.

Stew with delicious gravy

Let's make the gravy. Mix flour and tomato sauce with water. If you want a thinner gravy, use more water. Pour the resulting mixture into the multicooker. We also send chopped (or squeezed) garlic and spices there (I usually add bay leaf, allspice and a little cloves). In the Redmond RMC-M70, select the “stew” mode and the cooking time is 10 minutes. Press start and close the lid. Cook until the end of the mode.

Cutlets go well with any side dish, but especially with crushed potatoes.

If you have another multicooker, you can easily adapt this recipe for it! Bon appetit!
