First you should prepare the dough. Milk - 4 spoons - heat until warm, crumble and dissolve the yeast in it, add a spoonful of sugar and a little flour. Stir and place in a warm place until it rises and doubles in size. Then mix the remaining flour with salt, make a depression in the center and pour the dough into it.

Next, beat in the egg, add sugar, zest, spices, flavoring, remaining milk, butter (melt in advance). Knead well into a firm, elastic dough. Cover it and let it rise for about 40 minutes. Mix washed raisins and nuts with rum and add them to the dough during the next stirring. You can add a little flour.

After it rises for the third time, you can start baking. Divide the dough into portions and roll out into flat cakes 1 cm thick. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, oil well, place the gingerbread, let it stand for another 10 minutes and place in a preheated oven. Bake until golden brown, be careful not to burn, otherwise it will turn out stale. The finished gingerbreads can be greased with jam and connected in groups of 2. Sprinkle each one generously with powdered sugar. Well, is it delicious?

And again honey and jam

Finally, one more useful recipe for how to bake a gingerbread with jam - simpler than the one given above. But your honey and jam gingerbread will turn out no worse than the Dresden gingerbread, believe me.

Prepare 2 cups of flour, 1 egg, half a cup each of sugar and honey and a whole glass of jam - raspberry or strawberry. A little cinnamon and ground cloves, chopped almonds, soda on the end of a teaspoon and salt to taste.
