  • pork chop – 2 kg;
  • pineapple – 300 g;
  • water – 3 l;
  • salt – 5-6 tbsp. spoon;
  • sugar, honey and cognac - 3 tbsp each. spoons;
  • black, allspice and rosemary - 1 tbsp each. spoon;
  • laurel – 3 pcs.;
  • garlic – 4 cloves;
  • cloves, ground black pepper.

Preparation

  1. Add salt, sugar, peppercorns, rosemary and bay leaves to the water, boil for a minute, and cool.
  2. Place the pork in the marinade and leave it in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
  3. The slice is dried and rubbed with ground pepper.
  4. Diamond-shaped cuts, centimeter deep, are made on top and greased with a mixture of honey, cognac and garlic.
  5. Pineapples are cut into cubes, a clove is stuck into each and attached to the surface of the meat in diamond shapes.
  6. Bake the meat with pineapples in the sleeve in the oven for 2 hours and another 30 minutes, cutting and unscrewing the sleeve.

  4. Lay out the pineapples and sprinkle everything with cheese.

  5. Pour in a little pineapple juice, sprinkle the dish with almonds and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.

Preparation

  1. Add oil to the pots and place chopped tomatoes in the first layer.
  2. Shred the fillet into cubes, season with salt, pepper, khmeli-suneli, and spread on the tomatoes.
  3. Lubricate the meat with mayonnaise, cover with pineapple cubes and cheese shavings, bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
