  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon red hot pepper
  • 2 teaspoons salt

Wash the beef thoroughly under running water and dry with a towel. In a bowl, combine honey, mustard, olive oil, salt and all the spices, mix all ingredients thoroughly using a whisk or fork. The mixture should be homogeneous in consistency. Place a piece of meat in a bowl with the prepared mustard-honey mixture, thoroughly coat the beef with marinade on all sides. Lately I have become addicted to making this kind of meat.

It bakes well, remains quite juicy, does not burn and is imbued with the aromas of accompanying products. I really liked adding oranges, tangerines, grapefruit (skin, but not pulp), pineapple, pears and of course apples to the meat. Plums, cherries and cranberries go very well with meat. Only from temperature do they become puree and do not protect well from burning. But cabbage and raw onions gave a not very pleasant specific taste.

All these additions are needed not only as flavorings, but also as a spacer between the bottom of the mold and the meat. Due to their presence, the meat does not burn from below and does not absorb rendered lard.

  • honey – 60 ml;
  • seasoning of your choice.

In preparation:

  1. A sauce is prepared from honey, mustard and spices, which is divided into two parts.
  2. The first part of the sauce is used as a marinade for a piece of pork, which is wrapped in cling film and placed in the cold.
  3. After 2 hours, cuts are made on the meat for the garlic slices.
  4. Before placing in an oven preheated to 190°C for 2 hours, the pork is brushed with the remaining sauce and wrapped in foil.

A simple recipe for baking with cheese in foil

Maximum pleasure with minimal effort can be obtained from tasting a delicious dish prepared from the following ingredients:

  • 1 kg pork;
  • a piece of cheese;
  • heads of garlic;
  • 50 g mustard seeds;
  • salt, spices and olive oil.

When preparing, follow the instructions:

  1. Crushed garlic, mustard, oil, salt and spices are mixed in a bowl.
  2. A piece of meat with transverse cuts is rubbed with the mixture and sent into the cold.
  3. After 3 hours, the meat is placed on a baking sheet lined with foil, and cheese slices are inserted into the cuts.
  4. The meat is baked in foil at 200°C for about 70 minutes.

Lamb in foil with carrots

Lamb meat has a specific smell that will become unnoticeable when following this recipe.

You will need:

  • pulp from the shoulder blade – 500 g;
  • carrots – 150 g;
  • celery – 50 g;
  • garlic – 1 clove;
  • lemon – ¼ part;
  • spices, salt.

The preparation algorithm is not at all complicated:

  1. The meat is cut into portioned pieces, which are beaten and laid out on rectangles of foil.
  2. Pieces of lamb are salted, seasoned, and covered with a mixture of chopped garlic, celery and grated carrots. Place lemon slices on top of the vegetable mass.
  3. To complete the process, the foil envelopes are wrapped and placed in the oven for 45 minutes.

Baking option with vegetables

Under the vegetable “coat” you get juicy and flavorful meat, if, of course, you follow the recipe.

To perform it you need to prepare:

  • meat – 4 pcs.;
  • mushrooms – 4 pcs.;
  • cheese – 200 g;
  • tomatoes – 2 pcs.;
  • onion – 1 pc.;
  • mayonnaise;
  • ketchup;
  • mustard;
  • salt pepper.

Cooking method:

  1. Steaks are marinated in a sauce of ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard and spices.
  2. After 2 hours, each piece is laid out on individual foil and covered with a “coat” of onion rings, tomato slices and mushroom slices.
  3. The meat is wrapped in foil and baked for 50 minutes, after which the steaks are sprinkled with cheese and continue to bake for 10 minutes uncovered.

With pineapples in foil

A simple recipe from a minimal set of products:

  • pork – 500 g;
  • cheese – 100 g;
  • pineapple – 6 rings;
  • mayonnaise – 150 g.

The dish is prepared as follows:

  1. The baking sheet is covered with foil.
  2. Pieces of pork are cut and placed on a baking sheet, salted and crushed with pepper.
  3. Pineapples are laid out on top, covered with mayonnaise and grated cheese.
  4. The dish is wrapped in foil and baked for 40 minutes at 180°C.

In kiwi marinade

The juiciness of any type of meat can be achieved by using half a kilo of pulp:

  • 4 kiwis;
  • salt and spices.

Preparation stages:

  1. Pieces of meat are coated with salt, spices and half of the fruits, previously pureed using a blender.
  2. After 3 hours of marinating, the meat along with slices of the remaining kiwi are laid out in portions on foil, which is wrapped in envelopes.
  3. The meat is baked for 40 minutes at 200°C.
