Halloween is a holiday that children and adults love. Take advantage of the occasion and organize a fun party for your friends. Scary masks, decorations and costumes will come in handy this night. However, do not forget to prepare themed snacks that will inspire fear in others. On Halloween, it is customary to treat people to sweets that look very unattractive. You can create dishes that closely resemble spiders, bats, human eyes and fingers. Take note for Halloween and prepare something that will scare and surprise your guests.

Spiders

The black widow and her offspring, located on the festive table, will undoubtedly capture the imagination of partygoers. Boil a few eggs and cut them in half. Take out the yolks, mash them with a fork, mix with spices, mayonnaise, salt and fried onions. Place the filling in the egg halves and decorate with olives, making scary spiders out of them.

Witch fingers

Halloween sweet snacks can also be quite scary in appearance. We invite you to prepare a classic dish that will resemble the fingers of an evil witch. The cookies will require the following ingredients:

  • 150 grams of butter.
  • 200 grams of sugar.
  • Vanillin to taste.
  • 350 grams of flour.
  • Salt and baking powder for dough.

Mix all the products, knead the dough and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour. Then we roll out sausages from the dough, which will represent the fingers of the old witch. Take a kitchen knife and use it to make notches that will represent phalanges and folds. To be convincing, grease the tips of your “fingers” with melted chocolate and place a “nail” on them, the role of which will be played by almonds or peanuts. Place the cookies in the oven for 20 minutes until lightly browned.

Dracula's teeth

Don't forget to make Halloween snacks using apples and nuts. They look pretty creepy, but they are very healthy and contain a lot of vitamins. So, we need to take several fruits of different colors, cut them into quarters and remove the seeds. After this, cut out the middle part so that the apple resembles an open mouth. We clean the nuts and insert them instead of teeth into the upper and lower rows. Instead of nuts, you can take any other treats, such as candied fruits or chewing gum. To add some spice to the dish, you can sprinkle it with cinnamon or vanilla.

Vampire smile

We present you another Halloween snack option. The scary menu can be supplemented with very tasty cookies, which will also look like the grin of a ghoul. To do this we will need to take red icing, almonds and marshmallows. Instead of frosting, you can use condensed milk mixed with food coloring. Cut the marshmallows into small pieces so that they resemble teeth. Brush half a cookie with frosting, place another one on top, and place marshmallows in two rows in the middle. Place almonds in place of the fangs and serve.

Zombie eyes

All Halloween recipes have an original twist, and this appetizer will be no exception. We will need:

  • Four boiled eggs.
  • Mayonnaise.
  • Garlic.
  • Olives and ketchup.

Cut the eggs in half, remove the yolk and mix it with grated cheese, garlic and mayonnaise. Fill the resulting mixture with the whites, which will become the basis for the “eyes.” Cut the olives into rings and then arrange them on the filling so that each one resembles a terrible pupil. Let's enhance the effect by decorating the center of the circle with a drop of tomato paste. To make the dish look especially scary, pour ketchup into the center of the plate and place two “zombie eyes” in the middle.

Delicious web

Prepare another version of the Halloween appetizer, and your guests will definitely appreciate your ingenuity and originality. Crispy web is prepared from regular pancake dough:

  • A glass of flour.
  • Three spoons of sugar.
  • One chicken egg.
  • Some milk.
  • Salt.
  • Vanillin.
  • Vegetable oil for frying.

Mix all the products and pour the resulting mixture into a clean ketchup jar. Heat the oil in a frying pan and, using light movements, create a pattern in the form of a web. Carefully turn the pancake over and serve with a dusting of powdered sugar or grated chocolate.

Beverages

Cocktails prepared for a party should also match the mood. Particular attention should be paid to their design and presentation to the festive table. Punch is considered a traditional drink for Halloween:

  • Two liters of cranberry nectar or juice.
  • One lemon and two limes.
  • One liter of clean water.
  • Gummy worms and spiders for decoration.

Combine the liquids in one large bowl, squeeze in the citrus juice and stir. Decorate the edges of the dishes with marmalade and place a ladle nearby for convenience. Children will be delighted with this treat, and adults may well add a little alcohol to their glass this evening.

We hope that our Halloween recipes will be useful for your themed party and make your holiday night fun and memorable.

Hello again, my most creative and inquisitive people! Do you know what it's like to feel pleasure and fear at the same time? If not, then you definitely need to read today's publication, because today we will talk about the most terrible feast of the year. More specifically, I’ll tell you what spooky and delicious Halloween dishes you can prepare for your guests!

Impressive Halloween Dishes: Recipes and Ideas

Let's start with the most important thing - the main dishes, which will become the main thing on the table, which means they are bound to impress with both their appearance and excellent taste.

Simple dishes for a large company

Eyeballs in bloody slurry

You probably know this recipe, but in its traditional everyday version. But we need to make it look terrifying. Therefore, we will cook in a special way and say the spell:

Put out your eyes, but don’t fade away,

Boil the red fragrant mash,

So that the guests remain well-fed,

Yes, we're happy.

From jokes to action. To prepare meatballs in tomato sauce we will need.

For minced meat:

  • 0.5 kg minced chicken, turkey or beef.
  • ¼ cup pesto.
  • ¼ tsp. ground pepper.
  • ¼ cup grated cheese.
  • Breadcrumbs.
  • 1 tsp salt.

For the sauce:

  • 1 kg tomatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 carrots.
  • Bay leaf.
  • Celery (a couple of stalks).
  • Black pepper, salt.

First we will prepare the bloody “slurry”:

  1. Grind the previously peeled tomatoes with a blender or three on a grater.
  2. In a frying pan greased with vegetable oil, fry grated garlic and finely chopped onion. Add celery, carrots and spices there (also grate first).
  3. Simmer this mixture for about 10-15 minutes, then add tomato puree and bay leaves (a couple of pieces) into the frying pan.
  4. Stirring, simmer the sauce over low heat until thickened for about an hour.

Next, everything is simple: mix all the ingredients for the minced meat thoroughly, form small balls with your hands dipped in water. Cut the olives into rings. Pour the sauce into a special form and lay out the minced meat, decorate each with a pair of olives on top. The result was big-eyed meatballs. Place the pan, covered with foil or a lid, in a preheated oven and wait for about half an hour. We take it out, remove the foil and leave it open for another 10 minutes. Guests will be delighted!

Sliced and delicious baked hand

Another hot, hearty dish will decorate your table. When finished it looks very realistic, like a real human brush. How to achieve such similarity? Pretty easy. So, DIY hand. Sorry for the tautology.

Ingredients:

  • Minced meat 600-700 grams (any).
  • 2 eggs.
  • Greenery.
  • Tomato sauce.
  • Onions (2 pcs.)
  • Carrot.
  • Cheese (100-150 grams).
  • Salt and spices to taste.

How to prepare the dish:

  1. Finely chop the onion and grate the carrots.
  2. Mix vegetables with minced meat, add egg, spices and herbs, knead well.
  3. Now comes the fun part. Use your imagination and carefully place the minced meat on a parchment-lined baking sheet in the shape of a human hand.
  4. Cut out “nail” plates from the second onion and press the blanks into each finger.
  5. Lubricate the entire surface, except the nails, with ketchup.
  6. Cut the cheese into thin slices and spread to cover the entire “brush”, excluding the nails.
  7. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and place our dish there. We wait a little over half an hour. Place it on a beautiful plate very carefully so as not to damage the shape. Bon, brutal, terrible appetite!

Salads

At least one salad must be on the table. So let it also correspond to our theme. I propose to decorate it with creepy layers of pink ham, in the shape of a human face from which the skin has been removed. I’ll attach a photo for clarity and share the recipe. However, the composition may be different, at your discretion.

Ingredients:

  • Ham (about half a kilo).
  • Cheese (300 grams).
  • 4-5 eggs.
  • Olives or olives.
  • Mayonnaise for dressing.
  • Food film.
  • A mask made of thin plastic (any face-shaped).

Preparation:

  1. Grate the cheese on a coarse or fine grater.
  2. Cut the ham into cubes, about 1 cm or smaller. We leave some for decoration. In the finale, we have to make the thinnest slices and cover the entire surface of the salad with them.
  3. Mix ham, cheese, boiled and chopped eggs. You can add fresh cucumber for more juiciness. Season with mayonnaise.
  4. Now cover the surface of the salad laid out on a flat plate with cling film and gently press the mask into the shape of your face. Remove the mask and film. You should get a nose, chin, eyebrow line and depressed eye sockets. We lay out thin slices of ham using the papier-mâché principle. Place half an olive in the eye area.

Which of the guests do you think will be the first to stick a spoon in the face or poke a fork in the eye?

When the main courses are ready, the question invariably arises of what appetizers to prepare. After all, they are the ones who give the table a special elegant (in our case, terrifying) look.

Spider eggs

How? Have you eaten eggs with spiders yet?! Yes, this is the most squeaky thing now, a real delicacy, but what does it look like? Mmmm, a brutal appetite immediately awakens and you want to eat them all in one fell swoop. I think it’s not worth teaching you how to stuff. Anyone can mix a carefully removed yolk with mayonnaise, a piece of soft butter and spices. But I’ll tell you more about spiders.

We take 5-6 small olives and cut them into halves, carefully press the first one into the half of the egg already filled with “minced meat”, and cut the second lengthwise into 6-8 pieces to make spider legs. We place them along the “torso”. All is ready!

Ghost Pizza

As you have already noticed, I tried to choose simple recipes so that you spend less time on preparation. The main and most important part is the presentation of dishes. They must really impress the guests. As a snack, I offer the simplest pizza on ready-made puff pastry, which can be bought at any store. Don't forget to defrost the sheets first, and then get creative!

You can roll out one layer in the shape of a skull. Then be sure to make holes in the shape of the eye sockets and nose. Design the second one as a little evil ghost. Here, too, be sure to make eyes from olives. The remaining ingredients are up to your taste. Bell peppers, ham, salami, boiled chicken, pickled cucumbers, tomatoes, squid, onions, but most importantly – cheese, there should be a lot of it.

Do not forget that the dough should be prepared for no more than 20 minutes.

Well, where would we be without a sweet dessert on such a terrible holiday? And here I have a couple of recipes for you in Halloween style and more.

"Not ladies' fingers: scary and terribly tasty"

Traditional cookies in England (I have a recipe in mind) will be just right for the table. They will be made in the shape of human fingers, which smell so good and instantly melt in your mouth.

We have to:

  • A pack (200-250 grams) of butter.
  • 100 grams of powdered sugar.
  • 300 grams of flour.
  • 1 egg.
  • A third of a teaspoon of salt.
  • A pinch of vanillin.
  • Red jam.
  • Baking powder (1 tsp)
  • Whole peeled almonds.

Preparation:

  • Beat the softened butter with a mixer or a regular hand whisk. In the process, add the egg and powdered sugar.
  • Mix the flour with baking powder, vanillin and salt, then add to the butter-egg mixture.
  • Knead the dough, roll it into a ball, wrap it in cling film and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  • From cold dough we fashion the likeness of human fingers. Keep in mind that they will expand in the oven, so make them thinner if you don’t want thick “sausages.”
  • Pour boiling water over the almonds and remove the skin. Although you can leave it as is. Gently press a nut into each “finger” in the form of predatory nails. At the junctions (“cuticles”), squeeze out a little red jam from the syringe to make bloody smudges.
  • Preheat the oven to 165 degrees, place your fingers on a baking sheet lined with parchment and bake. Remove after 20 minutes.

Our cookies are ready. If you tried hard, they turned out to look like witches, clumsy, curved with scary sharp nails. You can put them on a plate or use them as a decoration for dishes, cakes, pastries, and desserts. It is enough to stick such fingers into an ordinary pie and you will see a rather terrifying sight.

Gouge out your eye

This dessert will stare at the guests throughout the party, and when it comes to it, they will be horrified by surprise. A bloody filling awaits them inside! It will take about two hours to prepare, plus overnight in the refrigerator. But what a beauty it will be!

You will need a perfectly round bowl, and a few inexpensive ingredients:

  • Sour cream – 500 grams.
  • Milk – 200 grams.
  • Sugar – 5 tablespoons.
  • A pinch of vanillin.
  • Gelatin (1 package).
  • Apple or mint food flavoring.
  • Apple juice (half a glass).
  • Blue food coloring.
  • Red jam or fresh cherries or strawberries.

Let's get started.

  1. Let the gelatin swell in half a glass of water.
  2. Mix the sour cream and milk thoroughly; you can beat it with a whisk or blender.
  3. Add vanillin and sugar, mix again.
  4. Dilute a little blue food coloring in a small amount of water or apple juice. You should get a rich blue tint. Separately, in a small glass, make a more saturated solution, from which we will prepare the pupil.
  5. Place the swollen gelatin on the fire and stir constantly until it completely dissolves.
  6. Now let's begin the creative process of “assembling” the eyeball together. Add most of the gelatin mixture to the sour cream mixture and stir for 5 minutes. Don't forget to leave for the iris and pupil.
  7. Add flavoring to the colored juice to taste (to obtain a mint flavor). You can do without it. Then add the remaining gelatin. A quarter of a teaspoon should remain for the pupil.
  8. In a round shape, at the very bottom, carefully drop a few dark drops of juice into the center. Place in the refrigerator for about half an hour. During this time, our pupil should freeze.
  9. Carefully pour the blue juice on top. Let it freeze again, now for an hour.
  10. Pour half of the sour cream mixture over the blue layer. When it has hardened about halfway, place chopped berries or jam in the center. Add the rest of the mixture and refrigerate overnight.
  11. Before turning the mold over onto a flat plate, you need to keep the finished dessert warm for 5-10 minutes so that it is sure to come off the walls. Or wipe the outside of the dish with a warm cloth.
  12. Ready! The eye with bloody contents came out very realistic and tasty. Be sure to try it!

Recipes for the little ones

If there are kids at the party, then children's dishes must be present. Organize a separate buffet table for little guests. Sometimes you can’t force them to eat hot dishes, but snacks and sweets are sacred for children. And on the eve of All Saints' Day, you need to come up with something special, memorable and terribly tasty.

Hell's peppers

For the main course, I suggest choosing these cute stuffed peppers. The filling can be navy-style spaghetti, with meat and tomatoes, or rice with vegetables and cheese. The main thing is to carefully cut out a nose, a scary smile and eyes in a multi-colored pepper. Then stuff them with the prepared filling, add grated cheese on top and place in the oven for 20 minutes. Don't worry if the filling starts to come out of the holes. This will be even more impressive, and the kids will eat them with pleasure.

Sausage mummies

No child will refuse such a snack. It's the same hot dog, only cooler. You will need a package of puff pastry, a little mayonnaise, sausages, and an egg.

Preparation:

  1. Defrost the dough, roll it out and cut it into even strips.
  2. Carefully and tightly wrap each sausage.
  3. Place in the oven for about 15-20 minutes. Then take it out, brush it with beaten egg using a pastry brush and leave it again for 5 minutes.
  4. Our mummies are ready. All that remains is to make them eyes from mayonnaise and a piece of olive. It is not forbidden to add ketchup.

Witch's brooms

You can easily make such a simple snack in half an hour. You will need straws (sweet or salty), cheese (regular or braided), green onions or fresh dill. We cut the cheese into slices and make an even thin fringe. If you have a braided cheese, you won’t have to cut anything. Now we carefully wrap it around the edge of the straw and tie it tightly with onion or dill. We put it on a plate in disarray, as if the witches really flew to the Sabbath and threw their brooms at random.

Damn salad in orange

To get kids to eat salad, you need to present it correctly and effectively. For children, we cut out the pulp from oranges with our own hands and create eyes, a nose and a terrible crooked smile. Looks like mini pumpkins for Halloween, right? Now fill them with any salad. It could be a banal Olivier salad or a cocktail salad of ham and cheese, or maybe a finely chopped fruit mixture. We hand out small dessert spoons and invite you to try.

Bloody apples

There are many beautiful apple desserts. Popular recipes include apples in caramel or hot chocolate. They are certainly beautiful, but we need them to be just hellishly beautiful. Therefore, we make bloody apples using wooden sticks, on which we put fruit and dip them in white chocolate. Pour red jam or topping in the form of bloody smudges onto the frozen glaze.

Edible caterpillars

This healthy vitamin dessert is made in minutes and eaten in seconds. Take note! To prepare it, we need wooden kebab skewers and seedless quiche-mish grapes. Place the berries on skewers, decorate the outermost one with drops of melted chocolate to create eyes, and serve.

Traditional Halloween Drinks

Such delicacies cannot be eaten dry; they must be washed down. I advise you to give preference to red drinks. For kids, tomato, cherry, and pomegranate juice are suitable. And adults can drink wine in honor of the holiday, or something stronger. For example, this originally designed Bloody Mary. What do you think of the idea?

If you decide to serve light drinks, then do not forget to decorate the glasses, for example, like this.

Or like this.

Or maybe you’ll like this option. Simple and tasteful.

Don't forget to create a general atmosphere. Buy white and red candles. Melt the latter and drip a little onto the white ones to make it look like blood. Cut out silhouettes of bats from black paper and hang them around the apartment in the most unexpected places, and make ghosts out of balls and ordinary gauze.

The tablecloth on the table should not be snow-white and immaculate. It’s better if you find an old one, which you won’t mind throwing away later, and properly mutilate it, tear it, scorch the edges, and stain it with red paint. You can write the names of dishes on pieces of paper, attach them to toothpicks and insert them into each masterpiece. In a word, fantasize, dear readers, - I’m sure you’ll get a terribly tasty dinner with all the necessary paraphernalia.

Well, you can leave your reviews, comments and wishes right under the post. If you have your own interesting recipes for dishes for children and adults, be sure to share. Well, I’ll soon reveal one big secret to you, so subscribe to my updates so you don’t miss the most interesting things!

Sincerely, Anastasia Skoracheva

Well, the holiday menu is ready! Now you can have fun. Oh no! Wait a minute! What about costumes and jewelry? No, it won't work that way. Now I'll fix everything. You will find many cool ideas on how to make Halloween an unforgettable holiday;)

I wish you happy Halloween!

I wish you crazy night!

Let’s put our costumes: monster, queen…

Let's go and joy tonight!

Good day, readers of the Rum Diary magazine! Costume parties and themed parties require special preparation, and this applies to our topic: drinks and snacks. The time for Halloween is approaching - a holiday that for some reason has become very popular in our latitudes. The question arises: what cocktails and snacks to prepare for Halloween, how to decorate them, how to create a “creepy” atmosphere with their help?

In this article we will try to collect as many Halloween snacks as possible with pumpkins, spiders, bones and other “nightmares”. It has been written about cocktails for a “bourgeois” holiday. Since we are talking specifically about snacks, there will be a minimum of cookies and muffins here.

Halloween Snack Recipes

Snake

If you are planning a “beer and hot dogs” style party, then a hod dog in the shape of a snake will fit perfectly into the concept. Of course, finding a curved bun is problematic, so the easiest way is to bake it yourself (you can buy the dough or make it yourself). As usual, the filling is to your liking; you can decorate the top with multi-colored bell peppers, cut into strips. We make eyes from green olives, add a drop of ketchup inside the olives, and secure with toothpicks. At the front we make a mouth for the snake and stick in a long forked tongue made of bell pepper. By the way, you can make preparations for such sandwiches in advance, and before the party, simply heat them in the oven and then immediately decorate them.

Witch's broom

Easy Halloween Broom Snack:

  • Salty sticks (can be bought at almost any kiosk);
  • Hard cheese or sandwich cheese (square);
  • Green onions

If we take regular hard cheese (you need a plastic one that won’t crumble), then first you need to cut it into thin squares, and then make cuts on one side without cutting all the way through. Wrap it around a stick and tie it with green onions!

By the way, you can make a simplified version - break dark salty sticks into small pieces and tie them with green onions to lighter-colored sticks. Done 😉

Spiders

Cold egg snacks are a classic and if decorated a certain way they make a great Halloween snack! Boil the eggs, cut into two parts, remove the yolk. After this, mix the yolk with any other ingredients as desired: mayonnaise, cheese, garlic, sauce, fish, meat, etc. Fill the egg halves with the resulting mass and decorate the top with olive spiders.

Pizza "Mummy" on buns"

Many who have cooked for Halloween know that the main thing is to decorate correctly. It practically doesn’t matter what ingredients the appetizer will be prepared from; what’s more important is to give it a “festive” look. For example, a properly decorated pizza can be an excellent snack for beer and will help create an ambiance.

You can decorate it like a large pizza (ingredients at your discretion) or small buns, which are pre-cut in half. Below is tomato paste, at the level of the “eyes” - circles of black olives with a “pupil” of bell pepper, green beans or green olives, on top - cheese, laid out in strips over the entire surface, except for the “eyes”. You can prepare it in advance by placing it in the oven or microwave before serving.

You can also make mummy toasts, mummy sausages, etc. A few ideas in photos:

Ripe “pumpkin” made from cheese

An excellent snack for beer and various cocktails for Halloween. You can serve cheese pumpkin with bread, chips, nachos, toast, as well as salty cookies, which I will write about below. Additionally - delicate white sauces if desired.

So, take 100 grams of soft goat cheese, a package of cream cheese (Philadelphia or a more inexpensive analogue), 250 grams of cheddar (or other sharp cheese), some chopped green onions, garlic powder, oregano and grind it all in a blender until smooth.

We give the resulting mass the shape of a ball and make hollows to resemble a pumpkin. The tail can be made from a straw, a piece of pretzel, or something similar you have on hand, and the leaf can be made from a sprig of parsley.

Cheese pumpkin balls

Another delicious cheese appetizer with a pumpkin theme is these little paprika pumpkins. For them you will need a glass of grated cheddar, a package of cream cheese, garlic powder, black pepper, roasted red pepper (a few tablespoons). Mix these ingredients and cool for 2 hours, after which we roll the resulting mass into balls, roll them in paprika, and make cuts to resemble a pumpkin. The appetizer is placed on crackers; we use a sprig of green onion as a tail.

Cookies "Witch's fingers"

It’s interesting that almost the main thing in Halloween snacks is their form, but you can do with the content at your discretion. Cookies can be made sweet or salty, with the addition of spices (and served with sauces), or with spices (and served with jam, preferably red 😉).

Sweet cookie recipe:

Beat 150 grams of butter along with 200 grams of sugar and vanilla. Beat for about five minutes, then add the egg. Add salt, baking powder (1 tsp) and flour (about 350 grams). Knead the dough until it is quite firm and not too sticky. Place the dough in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Then we form long pieces in the shape of fingers from small pieces of dough, use a knife or other convenient object to make “folds” on the “phalanxes”, grease with melted chocolate and press in a “nail” - almonds, peanuts or other nail-like nuts. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.

Halloween is coming! An eerie and at the same time fun holiday that children look forward to. A living fairy tale about a black hand in a black room, which is located in the farthest corner of a black house... If your apartment this time will be a haven for witches, ghouls and ghouls, it’s time to provide the appropriate surroundings and quietly retire to a calmer (or, conversely, more creepy?) place. And don't forget to prepare plenty of food for the little evil spirits!

There is no need to invent any special children's dishes for Halloween - appearance is important here. What scope for imagination - here you have cut off sausage fingers, and spaghetti worms, and creepy eyes made of eggs, and cakes in the form of coffins... Do not skimp on tomato blood, paint your usual dishes in creepy colors, just don’t overdo it - especially impressionable ones Children may then refuse pasta or sausage dishes for a long time.

Pinched Fingers Sandwiches

Ingredients:
6 sandwich buns,
6 sausages,
bright red ketchup, mayonnaise.

Preparation:
Cut the sausages in half and cut each half lengthwise. Fry in vegetable oil. Cut the buns in half lengthwise, put 4 “fingers” in each, pour ketchup on them and cover with the top half of the bun. Use mayonnaise to paint your nails. Place the buns on a baking sheet and place in a hot oven to warm up.

To prepare this delicacy you will need not only ingredients, but also carving skills. Using scissors, cut out bat wings from sheets of thin pita bread. In principle, you are not required to be particularly precise, but the wings should be recognizable. Dilute salt and your favorite spices to taste in olive oil, brush the wings with the aromatic mixture and place them on a baking sheet. Place it in a hot oven for 3-5 minutes, making sure that the wings do not burn, but remain rosy and crispy.

Salad in pita “Monster Face”. Cut the pita buns in half crosswise. Place a leaf of lettuce into each bun, turning it outward - this will be the tongue of the future monster. Fill the pita with any salad, a little heaping. Sprinkle with grated hard cheese, place two halves of olives (eyes) and a triangle of sweet red or orange pepper (nose).

Ingredients:
12 sausages,
1 layer of ready-made puff pastry,
ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise.

Preparation:
Roll out the defrosted puff pastry into a thin layer and cut into strips. Swaddle each sausage like a mummy, making a thickening where the mummy's arms are hidden and leaving the "head" uncovered. Place in a hot oven for 12-15 minutes, baking until golden brown. On the free part of the sausage, draw eyes, nose and mouth with ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard.

Another delicious option for preparing children's dishes for Halloween. Grease lightly dried toast with butter and place a piece of ham. Make eyes from rings of olives or olives, and from thin semicircular strips of sweet pepper - a mouth open in a terrible scream. Cut thin slices of light-colored processed cheese into strips and place them, imitating bandages and partially covering the eyes and mouth.

Cutlets “Eyes of Dracula”

Ingredients:
400 g minced meat,
1 onion,
50 ml milk,
1 slice of stale wheat bread,
1 raw egg,
3 boiled eggs,
3 pitted olives
6 slices of light-colored processed cheese,
ketchup.

Preparation:
Mix the minced meat with chopped onion, bread soaked in milk and a raw egg. Salt and pepper. Roll 6 cutlets and place them in a pan greased with vegetable oil. Place to bake for 30-35 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the boiled eggs in half crosswise, and also cut the olives crosswise. Make a well in the top of the eggs and place the olive, cut side up. Add ketchup to the cut or place a piece of red bell pepper. Remove the cutlets from the oven, cover each with a slice of cheese and place the egg cut side down on top. Return pan to oven and bake until cheese is melted. Pour ketchup over the cheese, simulating bloody veins.

Ingredients:
1 package of ready-made puff pastry,
2 boiled chicken breasts,
1 stack grated hard cheese,
½ cup tomato sauce or ketchup,
1 stack boiled small horns,
olives, red bell pepper.

Preparation:
Cut out circles the size of a tea saucer from the puff pastry. Pour sauce or ketchup, add finely chopped chicken breast, sprinkle with cheese. Make “hair” from pasta, eyes from olive halves, and an open mouth from strips of red pepper. Pour ketchup, simulating bloody streaks, and place in a hot oven for a few minutes to melt the cheese.

"Tarantula Spider"

Ingredients:
1 kg of ready-made pizza dough,
1 egg,
1 olive
1 stack bright red ketchup,
½ cup grated hard cheese,
poppy - for rolling.

Preparation:

Divide the dough into 2 parts. Roll one part into a ball - the body of the spider. Divide the second part into 2 more parts and from one roll another ball - the head of a spider. Roll out 8 sausages from the remaining dough - these will be the legs of the spider. Roll the sausages in poppy seeds. Fold the spider, attaching the head and legs to the body, sprinkle with cheese. Cut the olive and make the eyes. Bake at 190ºC for 25-30 minutes. Place the finished spider on a flat dish, cut off the upper part of the body and remove the flesh. Pour ketchup into the resulting well. Tear off the spider's legs and dip them in the sauce.
The main dishes for children on Halloween are, of course, sweets. Prepare familiar cookies and cakes in an unusual form.

Ingredients:
3 stacks flour,
1 egg,
150 g butter,
5 tbsp. Sahara,
4 tbsp. milk,
almonds - for decoration.

Preparation:
Melt the butter, add sugar, milk and egg, beat with a mixer. Add flour in small portions while kneading the dough. Cut it into small pieces, roll it out into finger shapes and place it on a baking sheet. Place almonds on the tips of your “fingers”, unpeeled for extra spookiness, brush with yolk, sprinkle with powdered sugar and bake for 25 minutes at 180ºC.

Ingredients:
150 g butter,
75 g powdered sugar,
1 yolk,
225 g flour,
1 tbsp. cocoa,
a pinch of salt,
protein glaze - for decoration.

Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients for the dough and knead into a smooth, elastic dough. Do not add water or milk, even if the dough crumbles at first. Place the finished dough in a plastic bag and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Then roll out the dough into a layer 0.5 cm thick and cut out cookies in the form of figures of people and animals. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and place in an oven preheated to 200ºC for 10 minutes. On the cooled cookies, using a cornet with glaze, apply thin lines in the form of skeletal bones (rather conventionally, of course!).

Creepy bloody eyes on a plate. For sweet horror you will need small white marshmallows, pomegranate seeds and thick bright red syrup (or better yet, not hardened jelly, which can still be poured in a thin stream). Press a pomegranate seed into the center of each marshmallow and paint bloody streaks with syrup or jelly. Let dry before serving.

Ingredients:
2 stacks flour,
1 stack pumpkin puree,
2 tbsp. Sahara,
4 tsp baking powder,
1 tsp salt,
1 tsp cinnamon,
1 ½ cups milk,
4 eggs,
¼ cup melted butter,
raisins, chocolate pieces or dark berries - for decoration.

Preparation:
Combine dry ingredients. Mix milk, yolks and butter with pumpkin puree. Pour the resulting mixture into the flour and stir until smooth. Beat the whites until they form a stable foam and add to the dough, stirring gently so that they do not settle. In a wide frying pan, bake ghost-shaped pancakes, pouring the batter into shapeless clouds. While the pancakes are frying on the bottom, add 2 smaller berries, raisins or chocolate pieces and 1 larger piece, forming the eyes and mouth of the ghosts. Flip and finish cooking the pancakes as usual. The children will be delighted!

You will need large round chocolate chip cookies, chocolate waffle cones and chocolate ice cream for the filling. For decoration you will need colored dragee and green colored glaze. Fill waffle cones with heaping ice cream, attach to cookies to create pointy hats, and place on tray. Place in the freezer. Before serving, make a ribbon of icing by running a cornet along the junction of the waffle cone and the cookie, and strengthen one dragee.

Ice cream "Mold bricks". To prepare this dish, you will need ice cream on waffles or cookies, blue and green confectionery sprinkles or coconut flakes, protein or protein-cream cream and blue and green food coloring. Prepare the cream and color it with food coloring. The more sickening the color, the better. Cut the ice cream in half; if the briquettes are very large, quickly coat with cream and dip in the sprinkles (shavings). Place on a platter and place in the freezer.

Melt white (non-porous!) chocolate with a small amount of heavy cream in a water bath. When all the chocolate has melted, dip each strawberry, holding it by the stem, into the chocolate and quickly transfer to a tray lined with baking paper. As you place the berries on the sheet, pull them slightly so that the excess chocolate forms “ghost tails.” Before the chocolate hardens, stick in a couple of small brown sprinkles - these will be the ghost's eyes. Place in the refrigerator. Once the chocolate has set, dip a toothpick into the melted dark chocolate and draw an open mouth.

In order for you to get a great meringue, pay attention to the tips on our website. Having gained theoretical knowledge, start preparing a wonderful and not at all scary dessert for the kids. Take 50 g of powdered sugar for each protein. Add a little lemon juice or crystalline citric acid to the whites, mix and start beating, adding powder. Beat until “hard peaks” form, when the whites hold tightly to the whisk and do not fall off. Using a piping bag, pipe the meringues onto a baking tray lined with baking paper, deliberately pulling them up to create ghost heads (like in Disney cartoons). Stick raisin eyes into the meringue and bake in a not very hot oven for an hour and a half. Let cool in the oven and carefully remove from the sheet. You can use melted chocolate to add a mouth.

Ingredients:
2 packages of semi-finished jelly made from strawberries, raspberries or other bright red berries,
1 packet of chewing marmalade in the shape of worms,
blue or green food coloring,
deep plate with painted eyes and mouth.

Preparation:
Dilute the jelly according to the instructions on the package, reducing the amount of water by about a third. Pour out some of the jelly and color it with dye (the color will be simply disgusting). Pour the red jelly into a bowl and set in the refrigerator. Stir the jelly several times until its surface at least vaguely resembles the cerebral cortex. Stick gummy worms into the frozen jelly, melt the dye-colored jelly and pour disgusting drips over all this abomination. Brrr...

And, of course, you can’t do without the queen of the spooky ball - the pumpkin. For children, the best treat is real pumpkin pie. And if you decorate it with an ominous cobweb, it will also be a terribly delicious pie.

Ingredients:
300 g pumpkin,
100 g butter,
150 g sugar,
3 eggs,
1 lemon,
1 stack flour,
1 tsp soda.
For decoration:
white and brown glaze.

Preparation:
Grate the raw peeled pumpkin on a medium grater. Remove the zest from the lemon using a fine grater and squeeze out the juice. Cream the butter and sugar until white, add the eggs and stir thoroughly. Add zest, pumpkin and lemon juice, stir and add flour and soda. Stir until smooth and place the dough in a greased pan. Place the pan in the oven, preheated to 180ºC, for 30-40 minutes. Pour the crust glaze over the cooled cake and let dry. Using a cornet, apply circles of white icing to the surface of the cake at a distance of 1.5-2 cm from each other. Then, using a thin wooden stick, draw radial stripes from the center to the edges, which will deform the circles. The web is ready! Get a toy or edible spider and place it on the pie.

Blue-green lemonade. You will need bright yellow lemonade, green and blue food coloring, and ice cubes. Pour lemonade into glasses, add ice and add a drop of blue and green dye. Using a thin stick, lightly stir the ice in the glasses, but do not stir, so that the bright streaks of coloring spread inside.

Making kids' Halloween food is super easy and kids will love it! Bon appetit!
