  • 35 ml white vinegar;
  • 100 ml milk;
  • 30 g margarine;
  • 110 g sugar;
  • 1 egg;
  • ½ tsp. vanillin;
  • 280 g sifted flour;
  • ½ tsp. soda;
  • 1/4 tsp. salt;
  • 1 liter of refined vegetable oil;
  • 70 g powdered sugar.

How are homemade donuts prepared?

Mix the vinegar with the milk and let it sit for a few minutes until it thickens.

In a medium bowl, beat margarine and sugar until smooth. Mix eggs and vanilla thoroughly. Sift together flour, baking soda and salt. Gradually add it to the mixture of sugar and margarine, while simultaneously pouring in the vinegar and milk. Knead the dough and roll it out on a floured board to a thickness of 7-8 mm.   • 7 g;
  • 150 ml warm milk;
  • 55 g margarine;
  • 45 g sugar;
  • 5 g salt (3/4 tsp);
  • 1 egg;
  • 415 g sifted flour;
  • 2 liters of refined vegetable oil;
  • 1 sachet (2 g) vanillin;
  • 105 g powdered sugar.
  • ¾ tsp. Sahara;
  • 1 tbsp. water.

50 g butter
2 cups of flour
2 tsp. baking powder

For chocolate glaze:
100 g chocolate
3 tbsp. l. water
1 tbsp. l. butter
100 g powdered sugar

Preparation:
For decoration, you can use various creams and glazes, coconut flakes, multi-colored confectionery sprinkles, etc., and to give the donuts the desired shape you can use:
for the outer circle - a cut bottle with a diameter of about 10 cm, for example
for internal - a bottle cap.

First, preheat the oven to °200C. While the oven is preheating, beat the vanilla sugar and egg in a bowl.
Add powder and melted butter, mix thoroughly.
Stir in the milk and gradually add the flour mixed with baking powder.

The dough should be quite thick and viscous. Cover it with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Take out the dough and knead until it becomes smooth and elastic (you can add flour if desired). Roll it out into a layer ≈ 1 cm thick and form donuts.


Place the future Dunkin Donuts on a baking sheet lined with baking parchment.
Place in the oven for 15-20 minutes. The donuts should double in size and brown.

While they cool to room temperature, prepare the glaze. Break the chocolate into pieces, add a little hot water and heat until the chocolate dissolves. Then add softened butter and powdered sugar, grind into a homogeneous glaze.

  6. During this time, the dough will increase 2-3 times. Place it carefully on a board sprinkled with flour and roll it out into a layer 1 cm thick.
  7. Cut circles with a diameter of 8-10 cm, make a hole of 1.5-2 cm in the center. You can use a special device for forming donuts, which is sold in stores.
  8. Leave the donut preparation for 1 hour until the donuts become fluffy.
  9. Deep fry for 30 seconds. on each side until the crust turns golden.

Place the finished products on a paper towel to absorb excess fat. For the glaze you will need juice from half a lemon and 100 g of powdered sugar. Apply the mixture to cooled items.

Donuts recipe in the oven

Ingredients:

  • 6 tbsp. l. milk;
  • 2.5 stacks. flour;
  • egg;
  • 1 tbsp. l. baking powder;
  • 1 tbsp. l. butter;
  • 7.5 tbsp. l. powdered sugar;
  • 5 tbsp. l. melted chocolate;
  • a packet of vanillin.

This amount of ingredients will make 12 servings.

Preparation:

  1. Grind vanillin with egg.
  2. Add powdered sugar and melted butter.
  3. Pour in the milk. Gradually add flour and baking powder.
