Cooking method:

1. Defrost the chicken, if frozen, wash and dry with napkins.

2. Mix soft butter, seasonings, salt and pepper in a bowl.

3. Rub the chicken with the aromatic oil mixture inside and out.

4. Cut the onion into half rings and fry in butter.

5. Pour liquid from mushrooms.

6. Combine buckwheat porridge, mushrooms and onions along with the oil in which it was fried.

7. Stuff the chicken with buckwheat mince.

8. Cover the edges of the abdomen and secure with toothpicks or sew with thread. Tie the chicken legs and place it on a baking sheet with a wire rack.

9. Bake a 1.5 kg chicken for just over an hour at a temperature of 170-190 degrees.
