Making salads is a real art. True, not every housewife owns it. Many people perceive such a dish as a mixture of certain ingredients, and nothing more. But in skillful hands, even the most ordinary salad can become a real table decoration. After all, it is not enough to simply collect the necessary components in one container. The cooking process in this case consists of several stages:

  1. Grind the zucchini on a coarse grater.
  2. Add eggs, soda, flour to it and knead the dough.
  3. Place the resulting mass in a frying pan and fry it on both sides until golden brown.

The technology for preparing this salad is simple:
