We will need:

  • Smoked chicken breast, fresh mushrooms – 300 g each.
  • Boiled egg – 4 pcs.
  • Tomato, onion, garlic clove - 2 pcs.
  • Processed cheese – 2 pcs.
  • Sunflower oil – 3 tbsp. l.

  • Sunflower oil – 180 ml.

The resemblance to a turtle is given by walnuts, which are laid out in the shape of a shell. Well, it’s quite possible to form a head with legs from a boiled egg. The eyes and nose will be played by ordinary carnations stuck into the whites.

We will need:

  • Smoked chicken – 250 gr.
  • Mayonnaise – 110 gr.
  • Hard cheese – 100 gr.
  • Crab stick – 5 pcs.
  • Boiled egg – 3 pcs. + 1 pc. for the head and paws.
  • Apple, onion - 1 pc.
  • Walnut – 1/2 cup.
  • Cloves – 3 pcs.

Preparation:

In order not to waste time, all products can be immediately rubbed directly over a large dish, and then carefully leveled into an even layer using a spoon. Only poultry meat and onions would be better to chop into strips using a knife.

I coat the layers not just with mayonnaise, but combine it with boiled cereal and onion and grind it thoroughly in a blender. It makes a very satisfying sauce.

And whoever tries such a work for the first time, then the snowdrifts will also appear to him in the form of many secrets on a platter.

We will need:

  • Smoked chicken breast – 250 gr.
  • Mayonnaise, beans, cheese - 100 g each.
  • Boiled egg – 5 pcs.
  • Boiled potatoes and carrots – 2 pcs.
  • Garlic clove – 2 pcs.
  • Onion, bell pepper – 1 pc.

Preparation:

Prepare a dressing from mayonnaise, beans and onions by simply blending it with a blender.

Cut the eggs in half, remove the yolks and mash them with a couple of spoons of dressing and garlic, passed through a press. Place the resulting mass back into the recesses of the whites.


Chop the poultry meat into small pieces. Grind the remaining ingredients with a coarse grater.

Spread in stages and grease with dressing:

  • potato mass,
  • grated carrots,
  • chicken pieces,

If you wish, you can lay out the ingredients in layers. Or, if you have limited time, simply mix all the ingredients, and then thickly decorate this mound with sprigs of dill, placing them with the fluffy part down, so that it seems like they are real pine paws with needles.

We will need:

  • Smoked chicken meat – 300 gr.
  • Boiled egg – 4 pcs.
  • Boiled carrots and potatoes – 3 pcs.
  • Canned peas and corn - ½ can each.
  • Fresh dill and onion - 1 bunch each.
  • Pomegranate seeds – 1 handful.
  • Mayonnaise – 5 tbsp. l.
  • Ground pepper, salt - to taste.

Preparation:

Cut the meat, vegetables and eggs into cubes, combine with peas and corn. Season with mayonnaise and finely chopped green onions. If necessary, add salt and pepper.


Mix everything well and place in a cone on a festive plate. Decorate with dill and pomegranate seeds to look like an elegant Christmas tree.

Light Tiffany salad with grapes, Chinese cabbage and smoked meat

Previously, I always prepared this version with boiled breast. But after trying it with smoked meat, I don’t want any other option!

I always take seedless grapes. And if this is not possible, then I pick them out manually. Although you don’t have to do this, because there will be walnuts inside, so these small inclusions will be almost invisible.


I cover the dish with green leaves, but shredded inside the salad they also go perfectly with other ingredients.

We will need:

  • Smoked chicken fillet – 500 gr.
  • Boiled egg – 4 pcs.
  • Cheese – 150 gr.
  • Walnut kernels – 100 gr.
  • Sour cream, mayonnaise – 100 g each.
  • Grapes, lettuce leaves - for decoration.

Preparation:

Cut the fillet into thin slices or small pieces. Grind the eggs and cheese on a grater.

Chop the nuts with a knife, trying to chop the pieces as finely as possible, or grind them with a blender, trying not to turn them into porridge. Mix sour cream with mayonnaise to make an appetizing dressing.

Place everything prepared on lined lettuce leaves. Soak each layer with a delicately spicy sauce. The sequence of layers is as follows: chopped fillet pieces, grated eggs, walnut mass, cheese.

Garnish with grape halves over the entire surface of the dish. If you don't have green grapes, then pink or red will do. And even in the simplest design it will look good!


This option is ideal with chilled champagne.

Original “Beehive” with pineapple and pickled onions

What can bring together such different foods as pineapple and onion? Only chicken! But for extra piquancy, be sure to take the smoked one.

This dish will be remembered by guests for its unusual combination for a long time!


And to add originality, you can collect striped bodies of bees from olives, and instead of wings, substitute thin wheels from a fresh cucumber.

We will need:

  • Smoked chicken fillet – 300 gr.
  • Cheese, mayonnaise - 100 gr.
  • Canned pineapples – 0.5 cans.
  • Olives and black olives – 10-12 pcs.
  • Boiled egg – 3 pcs.
  • Boiled potatoes – 2 pcs.
  • Onion – 1 pc.
  • Dill greens – 3-4 sprigs.
  • Water – 100 ml.
  • Vinegar -1 tsp.
  • Fresh cucumber - for decoration.

Preparation:

Chop the onion into strips and marinate in water and vinegar for 15-20 minutes, then drain the liquid and let the slices dry.


Pass the eggs, potatoes and cheese through a coarse grater into separate cups. Chop the fillet and pineapples into equal small pieces.


When making meshes from mayonnaise, place all the crushed ingredients in the following order:

  • fillet,
  • potato mass,
  • pickled onion straws,
  • pineapple pieces,
  • sliced ​​eggs
  • and top everything with cheese.

Cut the olives with pitted olives into rings and make bee bodies out of them. Place on top of the dish in a circle and top with cucumber wings. Divide the dill into small sprigs and decorate the sides with a layer of deliciousness.

You can decorate to the best of your imagination. Even in the center, if desired, it is easy to form a flower from egg shavings to which the bees fly.

Or lay out the ingredients in layers in a deep bowl, and also decorate them with improvised “beauties”.


Although the design is simple, it nevertheless looks very impressive, and on the festive table it will certainly attract the attention of guests with its appearance and taste.

Amazing “Shishki” salad with smoked chicken

This year it is very popular to arrange at least one salad in the form of a cone. Let's not change fashion and also prepare excellent food for the festive table.

Almond kernels inserted at an angle on one side will give a great resemblance to real cones. By the way, they will add a stunning nutty note when eaten.

Ingredients:

  • Smoked chicken – 200 gr.
  • Almonds – 1/3 cup + 1 cup.
  • Canned corn - ½ can.
  • Boiled eggs and potatoes – 4 pcs.
  • Processed cheese – 3 pcs.
  • Onion – 1 pc.
  • Mayonnaise – 4-5 tbsp. l.
  • Rosemary – 3-5 sprigs.

Preparation:

  • red beans - can;
  • salt;
  • pickled honey mushrooms - jar;
  • pickled cucumber – 3 pcs.

  1. Cut the breast and cucumbers into cubes.
  2. Pour the juice from the beans and rinse in water.
  3. Drain the liquid from the mushrooms and rinse with water. Slice.

I prefer homemade croutons, so I simply cut fresh white bread into cubes and dried it in the oven, which cooled after cooking the cake.

If you don’t have much time before serving, then all this can be done in advance, put in containers, cover with a lid and put in the refrigerator.

If we use smoked breast, then simply cut it into strips or cubes; if we use thighs, then we need to remove the skin, remove excess fat and separate the fillet from the bones. I prefer the salad with thighs, it turns out juicier.


We thoroughly wash the young cabbage under running water, shake it well and let the water drain. Chop the cabbage as desired. Chop the parsley.


In a salad bowl, mix chicken, cabbage, cucumbers, eggs, herbs and mix well. Dress the salad to taste with mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper. The salad can be made spicier if you are preparing it for men.

Before serving, add croutons to the salad about 15 minutes before serving and mix. Let it sit in the refrigerator. Cucumbers also help the cabbage to marinate slightly. Place the salad in a salad bowl or on a platter, sprinkle grated cheese on top and sprinkle with sumac if desired. You can arrange the salad in portions using a ring.
