If you purchase fresh squid, you must boil it before adding it to the salad. However, you need to be very careful with this, because if you cook squid meat for more than 3 minutes, it will become completely inedible and will look like a piece of rubber. If you are not confident in your culinary abilities, have no experience in this matter, and you are afraid of spoiling the product by missing the time when you need to remove the squid from boiling water, you can do the following. It is enough to just pour boiling water over the cleaned squid three times, draining the previous portion of liquid. Before the last time, the squid must be salted and allowed to stand in hot water for a while. And the squid will be ready to eat as one of the ingredients for our salad.
Boil chicken eggs until hard.
All that remains is to grind all our ingredients.
Namely, cut the squid meat into thin strips.

Cut the green onions into rings and the fresh cucumber into cubes.

We also chop the eggs into cubes.

Mix the ingredients and add capelin caviar to them. If caviar is in mayonnaise sauce, then there is no need to dress the salad with squid and cucumber. If capelin caviar is without sauce, you need to add mayonnaise and mix everything thoroughly.
Our salad is ready!

Spend a little time on it and you will get a truly tasty and nutritious dish. You and your guests will be pleased with this unusual and original salad.

Boil several potatoes in their skins, after rinsing them well under running water. On average, the cooking time will take you about 20 minutes. You can check the readiness of the tubers by piercing them with the tip of a knife. After cooking, place the vegetable in cold water, this will make it easier to get rid of the skin.

Peel the potatoes and grate them using a large hole grater. This will be your first layer. To make the dish more juicy, coat the surface of the salad bowl with mayonnaise and then spread the grated potatoes evenly.

Boil the shrimp in brackish water for no more than 5 minutes, then cool and peel. If you are using king prawns, cut them into small pieces. Leave small specimens whole. You can also use canned seafood for salad, which is sold ready-made in a special brine.

Hard-boil the eggs for 10 minutes after the liquid boils. Cool in ice water and peel.

Prepare the sauce. In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise with capelin caviar. It’s better if you find canned food with a smoky flavor, so the flavor palette of the salad will be more interesting. Pour in a little lemon juice so that the sauce does not become too thin and sour. Citrus should only slightly shade the sea notes.

Spread the dressing over the potatoes and place the diced crab sticks.

The next layer is a finely grated egg.

Next comes chopped onion (first scald it in boiling water and dry it - this will make the taste less bitter), and then shrimp.

Don’t forget to coat each layer with the prepared caviar sauce. If desired, you can lightly salt the unleavened ingredients. Cover the top of the salad with mini-grated cheese. Garnish with a few sprigs of cilantro, shrimp and serve.
