  • Flour – 210 g.
  • Mayonnaise – 150 g.
  • Kefir – 100 ml.
  • Eggs – 6 pcs. (3 for dough and 3 for filling);
  • Cabbage – 350-500 g.
  • Carrots – 1 small;
  • Soda – 0.5 teaspoon;
  • Salt and pepper – 3 pinches each;

Let's start cooking

This option is good because it contains sour cream (a natural product, unlike store-bought mayonnaise), and we will also add raw cabbage. We will chop it finely and finely, and everything will be baked well.
