    We used ground beef in this recipe, but you can use any kind. Peel and chop the onion using a grater or blender. 1/2 of a medium onion goes for 200 grams of minced meat. The butter must be melted or used softened.

    • Peel the pepper from seeds and cut into small squares.
    • Bring water to a boil and add potatoes to it.
    • Once the water returns to a boil, add the cabbage and peppers.
    • After 10 minutes, add the remaining vegetables to the pan.
    • After 5 minutes, lower the meatballs into the soup. Cook them for 5-8 minutes.
