Step 1: prepare the tomatoes.

Wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds and remove the tail. Cut the peppers into medium-sized cubes.

Wash and peel the carrots, and then cut the root vegetables into medium-sized sticks (straws).

Peel fresh pineapples, and simply drain the syrup from canned ones.
