Transfer the resulting dough into a cooking bag without attachments, place small eclairs on a baking sheet at a distance of 5 cm from each other and place in an oven preheated to 200°C for 15-20 minutes. Cut the finished eclairs on the side to allow steam to escape, sprinkle with sesame seeds and leave on the table to cool slightly.
