Preparation:

  1. We take a whole fish carcass and cut off the fins.
  2. Carefully remove the spinal bone and small bones. We straighten the fish into fillets. Sprinkle with seasonings and pour lemon juice.
  3. Cut the onion into rings, tomatoes and chili peppers into slices. Place vegetables on the fillet and place a couple of rosemary sprigs on top.
  4. Of the nuts, there were hazelnuts, so I put them on top of the vegetables. I think you can try this fish with other nuts.

Ingredients:

  • salmon - 1 kg.
  • cheese – 150 gr.
  • onions – 1 pc.
  • mozzarella cheese – 100 gr.
  • garlic – 2-3 cloves
  • mayonnaise – 100 gr.
  • lemon – ½ pc.
  • Dijon mustard – 2 tbsp. l.

Preparation:

  1. We cut the fish, remove the bones, place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet covered with parchment or foil. Salt and pepper the fish and sprinkle with seasonings.
  2. Cut the onions into rings or half rings and place them on the fish. Mix mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice and garlic passed through a press in a separate bowl. Lubricate the fish with onions with this sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  3. Preheat the oven until 200°C and bake for 15 minutes. Then switch the oven to grill and bake for another 3-4 minutes until a beautiful golden crust.

Ingredients:

  • Fish steaks or huge fish (eg pink salmon)
  • Heavy cream (20%) or mayonnaise
  • Spices, salt
  • Butter or vegetable oil - for greasing the pan

Preparation:

  1. Grease the baking sheet with oil. Salt and season the pieces of fish with spices, place them on a baking sheet or a flat heat-resistant dish.
  2. Fill everything with cream. If you don’t have any cream on hand, rub any piece with mayonnaise.
  3. Place onion sliced ​​into rings on top.
  4. Bake the fish in the oven at 200 degrees until golden brown.

Trout with potatoes baked in sour cream sauce - red fish in foil

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg trout
  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 1-2 eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 350 g cheese
  • Seasonings: dill, salt, dark ground pepper

Preparation:

  1. Cut the potatoes into narrow slices. Mix the potatoes with oil, pepper, and salt.
  2. Grease a baking sheet with oil and place potatoes.
  3. Place the potatoes in the oven to bake for 20 minutes. (until half-ready), at a temperature of 180 degrees.
  4. Prepare the trout - remove scales, cut into pieces 2 cm thick, add salt and pepper.
  5. Mix the semi-finished potatoes, place onion and trout cut into half rings on top.
  6. Prepare the sauce: beat the eggs with sour cream and add garlic (finely chopped). Pour the sauce over everything and place in the oven, covering the baking sheet with foil. We set the temperature to 200 degrees.

Ingredients:

  • 0.5 kg potatoes
  • eggplant – 1 pc.
  • tomato – 4 pcs.
  • anchovies – 4 pcs.
  • olive oil – 2 tbsp.

  • low-fat mayonnaise – 5 tbsp.

  2. Prepare a sauce mixture: finely chopped anchovies, olive oil, capers, pepper.
  3. Place potatoes, eggplant, and tomatoes in layers on a greased baking sheet and pour in the sauce mixture. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  4. After this, place the salmon pieces on the vegetables.
