Mix sifted wheat flour with oatmeal and add baking powder.




Then pour the dry mixture into the beaten egg mass, but carefully, in parts, stirring the mass with a spoon from bottom to top.




Then pour the resulting dough into the mold over the apples.




Place washed raisins on top (optional) and place the pie in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 30 -40 minutes.






This time is usually enough for the dough to bake well. We check the readiness of the charlotte with a wooden toothpick: after we remove it from the pie, it should remain dry.




Let the baked goods cool slightly, then remove them from the pan and sprinkle with powder.
